Investor Grievance Redressal (SCORES & SmartODR)
You may lodge a complaint against the Research Analyst through the SEBI SCORES portal, or initiate online dispute resolution through the SmartODR portal:

Investor Charter
In line with the SEBI-mandated Investor Charter for Research Analysts:
- Vision: to protect the interests of investors in securities and to promote the development of, and to regulate, the securities market.
- Services provided: issue of research recommendations (equities, index options, and gold) and related research reports, on a systematic, rules-based methodology.
- Rights of investors: to receive fair, unbiased research; clear fee terms; the executed client agreement (MITC); and timely grievance redressal.
- What investors should do: read all documents and risk disclosures carefully; deal only with the registered Research Analyst; never share trading, demat, or bank credentials/OTP with anyone; pay only through the disclosed banking channels (no cash).
- What investors should NOT expect: assured/guaranteed returns, profit-sharing, or portfolio management — a Research Analyst provides research only, not execution or fund management.
